Right here in the middle of the county, the Fairgrounds facilities boast ample parking space, a dining room and kitchens suitable for catering, a large exhibit hall which hosts up to 400 people, and a grand-stand arena for up to 5,000 spectators, proving its capability and capacity to hold whatever event you have in store. Steps toward rental:

1.  Check Calendar of Events for availability.  

2.  Review Fee Schedule & Sliding Benefit Scale to determine your rate/cost.

3.  Review, complete, and sign the Rental Application & Agreement. We are also happy to complete it for you!

4.  Submit payment in full with completed and signed application to guarantee your date.  Email: Contact or mail to PCFP, 46 View Vista Drive, Livingston, MT  59047.  Cash, check or credit cards accepted.
