Remote Appearance FAQ

Park County Justice Court offers zoom appearances.  You will need to send an email requesting a zoom appearance with an explanation of why you are requesting to appear by zoom. Your current contact information must be included in the email. Send your email to: .     See below for the process steps that are required once your email request has been received.  

 Steps for Zoom Appearances

  • Request zoom appearance via email.
  • Receive blank motion from the court.
  • Fill out and file motion with the court.
  • Receive order from the court with further zoom requirements, (requirements: post a cash bond and fill out documents, provide valid picture id)
  • Return zoom paperwork with cash bond to the court; within 10 business days.
  • Once court receives required paperwork and cash bond
  • Zoom hearing will be scheduled and a zoom link will be sent to the defendant's email address provided.
