This project consisted of 4.8 miles of road rehabilitation and the replacement of an existing culvert at the Rock Creek crossing. Rehabilitation activities completed this fall include road base restoration utilizing the existing road base and surface mill were combined with Portland cement to provide a base course. Two courses of surface treatment have been applied and final surface activities and minor repair and maintenance activities occurred in July 2014.
