Chronicling Covid-19 and Telling Our Stories
All residents of Park County and Yellowstone National Park are invited to participate. The museum welcomes submissions from all ages—from students to grandparents.
Here are Chronicling Covid-19 writing prompts to get you started. Older students and adults click here. Younger grade school students’ prompts are here. You may also submit poetry, photographs, drawings, recordings, etc.
Here are Telling Your Story writing prompts to get you started. Older students and adults click here. Younger grade school-aged children prompts are here. You may also submit clippings, photographs, and other materials.
You do not have to have been born in Park County to submit your history. We are very interested in hearing from any and all residents of Park County and Yellowstone National Park, including newcomers. History is not only fifty years ago but includes last week’s stories.
Please mail letters and other materials to Yellowstone Gateway Museum, 118 W. Chinook St., Livingston, Montana 59047. While the museum prefers handwritten letters, emails will also be accepted; please send to Contact. Thank you to the Gallatin History Museum who began a community memoir project, inspiring these projects!
